Job Overview

Estia Health Oakleigh East is seeking experienced Personal Care Workers/Attendants (PCA’s) to join our team as Personal Care Worker/PCA – Nutrition on a Casual basis. In this role you will support residents with meals and drinks, ensuring a person‑centred care approach.

Responsibilities

- Assist residents with their meals and drinks following Estia Health’s personalised meal service guidelines.
- Lend a hand with daily life activities, ensuring residents feel heard, comfortable, and well‑fed.
- Collaborate with the team to support residents who require additional care and assistance.
- Encourage and facilitate meaningful and engaging activities for residents.
- Maintain a supportive and respectful workplace, upholding each resident’s privacy and dignity.

Qualifications and Experience

- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care.
- Relevant experience in aged‑care personal care or a similar setting.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on residents’ lives.




- Strong teamwork orientation and the ability to work effectively in a hospital‑style, front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house model.
