Sydney Local Health District in NSW Health is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist (Level 3) to lead the Stroke Outreach Service (SOS) within the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital catchment. The role focuses on district leadership, timely referrals, evidence‑based neurological OT treatments, and staff development in the community or home setting.

You will oversee waitlists, coordinate MDT input, and advance quality improvement initiatives while maintaining solid stakeholder partnerships.
