Southern Cross Care Queensland is seeking a part time Clinical Funding Officer to support the Australian National Aged Care Classifications (AN‑ACC) at Oasis Aged Care Home in Mildura. You will liaise with carers and clinical staff to ensure accurate documentation, funding classifications and appropriate staffing aligned with residents’ needs.
You will deliver ongoing education, participate in clinical meetings and assist with data capture and reporting.
