About the role:
Are you a hands‑on individual who enjoys keeping spaces safe, functional, and beautiful? As a Maintenance employee, Gardening employee, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and well‑maintained workplace for our residents, visitors, and staff. You’ll be part of a passionate and supportive team, contributing to the upkeep of our facilities, and overall environment to ensure everyone enjoys their experience here.

Key Responsibilities: Maintenance employee

- Conducting building and equipment maintenance under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Monitoring completed work and addressing any arising issues.
- Performing scheduled preventive maintenance tasks.
- Proactively ensuring high standards to prevent damage or hazards through early intervention.
- Maintain lawns, gardens, paths, and outdoor areas (mowing, pruning, watering, weeding, mulching)
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment and tools
- Manage waste, fuel-reduced zones, and bushland areas as required
- Develop and maintain gardens as directed

What You’ll Bring

- Preferably experienced in a similar role




- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Skilled in communication and capable of working with all levels of employees and residents.
- Physically fit and enjoy working outdoors inall weather conditions
- Empathetic and approachable, with a willingness to help the elderly.
- Willingness to complete a criminal history check or provide a current police check
- Eligibility to work in Australia
