Jones Radiology is seeking a Recruitment & Talent Specialist to shape how we attract and hire excellent people across roles from radiographers to nurses. You will lead recruitment end to end and oversee a Recruitment Officer, coaching them as they grow, while partnering with leaders.
You'll design sourcing strategies, advise on role requirements, and strengthen interviewing and onboarding processes to ensure fair, consistent decisions and a positive first experience at Jones Radiology.
