TAFE NSW is hiring an Aboriginal Employment Specialist to lead the Aboriginal Employment Strategy and support the delivery of the RAP. You will work across People & Culture, Talent Acquisition, and partners to drive initiatives that attract, employ, retain and develop Aboriginal people.

This role requires robust relationship-building with Aboriginal communities, strategic project leadership, and a deep commitment to an inclusive culture across NSW campuses.
