The Digital Content & Website Experience team leads the ongoing growth, optimisation and performance of websites with an initial focus on the Suncorp Insurance website. This role sits at the intersection of product ownership and digital experimentation, shaping customer journeys that drive sales, service and claims outcomes.
What Will You Do?
As a Senior Digital Product Owner at Suncorp, you will develop and execute a strategic roadmap for website enhancements while leading A/B testing, personalisation and SEO initiatives. You will manage end-to-end product ownership of website assets and prioritise backlogs in close partnership with technology, marketing, UX, analytics and content teams. Additionally, you will analyse customer and website data to identify trends, translate insights into actionable recommendations and foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement across digital experiences.
