We are currently seeking 2 cook roles.

What You’ll Do - Cafe Cook Role
- Cook our café menu to spec, with confidence on the grill and to short‑order timing
- Coordinate with FOH for smooth, on‑time service during busy periods
- Maintain food safety, cleaning and hygiene standards throughout service
- Restock, rotate and label (FIFO); complete basic temperature and quality checks
What You’ll Do - Production Cook Role
- Bulk cook and batch wet dishes for bain‑maries; label, date and stage for later shifts
- Follow SOPs/HACCP, allergen controls,
FIFO and temperature checks; clean‑as‑you‑go and end‑of‑shift cleaning
- Work to production plans and deadlines; communicate clearly with team
About You
- Experience in canteens, food trucks, fast food chains or similar rapid‑paced environments
- Previous experience in bulk cooking
- Strong multitasking and clear communication skills
- Reliable, energetic, and proud of consistent quality
