Cafs in Ballarat, VIC, is seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join the Strengthening & Restoring Families team. You will deliver advanced family support interventions, provide practice leadership, and mentor practitioners across the program.
You will manage complex cases, conduct psychosocial assessments, and develop Family Action Plans that promote child safety, family preservation and reunification.
