All Decor is a locally owned leading supplier and installer of Made to Measure window Furnishings, Floor covering and the largest range of Rugs north of Perth. We are seeking a motivated Window Coverings Sales Representative to join our Sales team.
This is an exciting chance for an experienced or developing sales professional who enjoys building relationships, helping customers find the right solutions, and working within a supportive and successful team environment.
About the role
- Assist clients with their Made to Measure Window furnishings requirements
- Recommend suitable products and solutions based on customer desires and budget
- Conduct in-home consultations and accurately measure for manufacturing
- Prepare and present quotations in a timely manner
- Staying informed on modern décor and design trends for interior & Exterior Window furnishings
- Achieve individual sales targets and ultimately contribute to the company’s success
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with Customers, Contractors and suppliers
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
What you’ll bring with you
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the building, construction, home improvement, Interior Decor or related industries – Not essential but preferable.
- Ability to secure leads, make appointments and attend
- A professional and customer-focused approach
- Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently close sales
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Basic computer skills – All Ordering is completed digitally
- Current C Class Driver's Licence
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team
All Decor will provide:
- A 38 hr working week, including alternate Saturday mornings with Lunch included
- A good base salary with generous sales-based commissions
- Training in all aspects of window furnishing measurement, sales and ordering
- Future training in the sales of floor coverings
- Access to quality and reputable suppliers and manufacturers
