Role Description The work includes:

· Family law matters including parenting, property settlements and divorce.

· Drafting wills, enduring powers of attorney and enduring powers of guardianship.

· Probate and letters of administration.

demonstrated experience in Family Law, including case management, advocacy, and negotiation skills.

strong drafting and analytical abilities.

excellent written and verbal communication skills,



with the ability to explain complex issues clearly to clients.

proven ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines, with robust organizational and time-management skills.

client-focused mindset, commitment to ethical practice, and willingness to support business development activities.

Admission as a Lawyer and eligibility to practice in Western Australia is essential.
