Whowe’re looking for?
- 5+years' experience in property management.
- Certificate of Registration is essential for this role or willingness to obtain.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a track record of building effective relationships with tenants, clients and internal stakeholders
- Appropriate experience in the commercial property industry, with experience in retail or government assets will be advantageous
- Qualified, dependable and team-focused, confident working closely with an on-site landlord, facilities teams and internal stakeholders.
Therole
As a Commercial Senior Property Manager, you will support the day-to-day management of multi-site commercial assets in Sydney CBD. This is a hands-on, site-based role,
working closely with a small on-site landlord, with scope overtime to grow into independently managing the asset.
KeyResponsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of multi-site commercial properties in the Sydney CBD.
- Act as the first point of contact for tenants.
- Coordinating responses to leasing, occupancy and property-related matters.
- Manage core property administration, including rent collection, arrears follow-up, budgeting and forecasting support.
- Lead a team comprised of an Assistant Property Manager and Senior Facilities Manager
