Fernwood Fitness Waurn Ponds is looking for an enthusiastic Membership Sales Consultant to join our amazing team!

No previous sales experience? No problem! If you have a fantastic attitude, a genuine passion for people and are willing to learn, we'll provide all the training and coaching you need to succeed.
About the Role
As one of the first friendly faces our members and guests meet, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional first impression.
Your days will include:
- Welcoming members and visitors with a smile
- Showing prospective members around the club
- Helping women find the membership that best suits their goals
- Following up enquiries and building relationships with potential members
- Supporting member retention and creating an outstanding customer experience
- Working with the team to achieve individual and club goals
- Keeping our reception area running smoothly while creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere
This is a casual position of approximately 10-20 hours per week.
Shifts are available across:
- Monday-Thursday: 5:45am-7:00pm
- Friday: 5:45am-2:00pm
- Saturday: 8:00am-1:00pm
- Sunday: 8:00am-12:00pm
A minimum availability of two evenings per week is required and weekend availability will be highly regarded.
