Not your typical OT job.
Tired of the clinic? Ready to apply your skills where they can create real, lasting change?
At Goodstart Early Learning , we’re looking for an Occupational Therapist who’s passionate about early intervention and capacity building — someone who wants to work shoulder-to-shoulder with educators and families to help children thrive in everyday settings. This unique role moves beyond traditional therapy. You’ll coach and collaborate, building the skills of those who support young children every day — and see the difference you make in real time.

As a key member of the care team around the child, communicate and engage with families to support the inclusion and participation of their child.
Build linkages with local services and streamline referral pathways into and out of the centre.
Attend and participate in Centre Team meetings and contribute to the development of a strong, cohesive team.
Deliver career development, workshops, and coaching sessions that build the knowledge base and capability of educators.
What you’ll do:
Coach and collaborate with educators and families across Goodstart Mannering Park, Goodstart Blue Haven & Goodstart Lake Munmorah.
Support children’s development through inclusive, evidence-based strategies.
Build strong community and service linkages.
Focus on prevention, early support, and long‑term impact.
Work in natural, real-world early learning settings.
