The Role

We're seeking a driven Sales Consultant to join their team, based across a key display location in Watagan Park. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients and play a key role in guiding them through their recent home journey - from initial enquiry through to signed contract.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming and engaging customers through busy display homes.
- Qualifying leads and understanding clients' lifestyle, budget and building requirements.
- Presenting house and land packages, knock-down rebuild opportunities and custom home solutions.




- Building strong relationships with clients, land developers, real‑estate agents and referral partners.
- Preparing preliminary pricing, coordinating with estimating and pre‑construction teams, and managing customers through the sales process.
- Maintaining an active sales pipeline and CRM, following up enquiries and converting leads into contracts.
