You will work in established residential gardens around the Northern Beaches. Your focus will be on plant health, pruning, soil maintenance and the long term performance of the garden. The job really gives you freedom. Once trained, you’ll be trusted to run your own runs, make on‑site decisions and own the quality of your work. You’ll also be introduced to our nursery and benefit from common plant expertise across the firm.
Qualifications
- Horticulture, gardening, nursery or landscape experience
- Passionate in plants and love to learn
- Ability to work freely and make judgements in the field
- Reliable,
organised and take pride in positive quality work
- Drivers licence Essential
- Formal qualifications are preferable but not needed
