They are now seeking a Territory Manager for QLD South to manage and grow a mix of key accounts and new business opportunities across both capital and rental portfolios.

Reporting to the State Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Achieve and exceed sales targets across a defined portfolio
- Develop strong relationships with aged care executives, facility managers and clinical staff
- Deliver product training and in‑service support to end‑users
- Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
- Plan and manage your territory effectively to maximise impact
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to customers





To Be Successful You Will

- Experience working with or selling into aged care is highly desirable
- Strong commercial acumen
- Hunting mentality and be on top of buying cycles
- Comfortable engaging with both executive‑level and clinical stakeholders
- A consultative, professional and empathetic communication style
- Resilient and self‑motivated with strong time‑management skills
- Passion for winning and an excellent team player
