How you’ll make an impact
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of Mobile Case Managers to achieve outstanding service and return‑to‑work outcomes
- Foster a positive, inclusive and high‑performing team culture aligned to The Gallagher Way
- Provide regular coaching, mentoring and professional development to support individual and team success
- Manage team performance through clear goals, meaningful feedback and data‑driven insights
- Identify trends, risks and opportunities, implementing initiatives that improve customer outcomes and operational effectiveness
- Support workforce planning, recruitment and onboarding activities
- Promote compliance with business processes, legislative requirements and best‑practice claims management
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to continuously enhance service delivery and customer experience
- Drive engagement, accountability and continuous improvement across the function
About you
We’re looking for a people‑focused leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys helping others reach their potential.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including coaching,
mentoring and developing high‑performing teams
- Experience within workers compensation claims management, injury management, rehabilitation, insurance or another related environment
- Strong performance management capability using both qualitative and quantitative metrics
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to balance service quality, customer outcomes and operational performance
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills
- A strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Resilience, adaptability and a collaborative approach to leadership
