Automotive Finance & Insurance BM at Lismore Nissan (O'Neill Auto Group)

We are looking for a Business Manager in Automotive Finance & Insurance to join our vehicle sales team. Working closely with our F&I; Business Manager and Sales Manager you will be responsible for providing our customers with the best automotive solutions available.

Commencement Duties:

Training & Development with:

- Sales & Delivery of all Finance Solutions
- Sales & Delivery of all Insurance solutions
- Sales & Delivery of all Aftermarket solutions

Administrative duties that include:

- System Processing – stock control
- VIP Customer program management & delivery

It is expected within 6 months the successful applicant will be responsible for:

- Sales & Delivery of
- Finance Solutions
- Insurance Solutions
- Aftermarket Solutions
- Assisting with vehicle stock control
- Meeting and exceeding monthly performance measures




- Drive to meet high conversions and sales rates while ensuring the customers best interest come first
- Strengthen relationships between customers and the dealership

Essential to your success, we are seeking:

- Robust analytical and decision making skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to be think on your feet and outside the box for our customers
- Strong customer service skills and eager to be part of a strong sales team.
- Ability to double close deals and assist the Sales Consultants
- Must be detail orientated and process driven Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to work across multiple sites
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of computer literacy and exposure to the Microsoft suite
- Hold necessary finance and insurance accreditation or ability to rapidly acquire
