An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced, passionate, and results-driven Store Manager to join our leadership team in a unique shared management role.

Working in partnership with our existing Store Manager, you will play a key role in leading and inspiring the team while driving overall business success. This collaborative leadership position offers the opportunity to share responsibility, support one another, and create a positive and high-performing store environment.

Leading by example, you will deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience, build strong and lasting customer relationships, and foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence. You will also be responsible for coaching and developing your team, driving sales performance, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring the store consistently achieves its goals.

About the Role

Flexible roster options – Full Time (38 hours) or Permanent Part-Time (30 hours per week)

In this role you will be Reporting to the General Manager of Sales and Operations, your responsibilities include:

- Curaterefined, memorable in-store experiencesthat inspire loyalty and repeat clientele
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team throughhands-on leadership and coaching
- Job Share & Partner with the Co Store Manager toengage, mentor, and empowerthe team
- Cultivate meaningfulclient relationshipsand grow our VIP customer base
- Drive ahigh-performing, commercially successful boutique
- Inspire the team to consistentlyachieve sales targets and KPIs
- Supportoperational excellence, including rostering, reporting, and back-of-house administration
- Foster apolished, positive, and high-performing team culture

About You

To be successful in the role, you will have:

- 5+ years experienced inmanaging a retail teamin a high-service environment
- Passionate aboutoutstanding customer service, leading by example and exceeding expectations
- Able toconnect with womenof all ages and demographics
- Proven ability todrive salesand identify opportunities to grow business
- Flexible availability includingweekends
- Stylish and polished, representing the brand at the frontline
