Principal Solution Consultant (Financial Planning & Analysis – FP&A;, EPM)

Responsibilities

- Partner with Account Executives to identify, qualify, and drive larger, strategic deals into the Enterprise segment.
- Design and deliver compelling demonstrations of our EPM solutions, showcasing AI capabilities such as predictive analytics, machine learning, and generative AI.
- Leverage deep industry expertise in BFSI and EPM best practices to articulate business benefits for diverse audiences.
- Understand and communicate how Anaplan integrates with broad enterprise IT landscapes, including ERP, CRM, and other key systems.
- Translate intricate EPM functionalities and AI‑driven insights into tangible business value, addressing client queries and supporting proofs of concept.
- Collaborate with sales, product, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure seamless client engagements and solution adoption.
- Develop planning‑function‑specific solutions, demos, and messaging; build Proof of Concept models tailored to prospect problems.

Qualifications

- MBA, PG Diploma, B. Eng, BSc, Bcom, BA, CA, or equivalent. Post‑grad/ professional qualifications are a plus.




- 12+ years of experience in software or systems integration, IT departments, consulting, or pre‑sales roles.
- Prior experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) space is required.
- Experience with planning tools such as Anaplan, SAP SAC/BPC, Oracle EPM/Hyperion, OneStream, TM1, or similar.
- Ability to rapidly ramp up on new technology.
- Excellent presentation, client‑relationship, and interpersonal skills.

- Consultative selling approach, listening to customer needs and shaping shared vision.
- 10+ years of pre‑sales or consulting experience.
