The Role

We’re looking for a relationship-focused, consultative sales professional to join our team as a South East Queensland Multi-Site Treatment Coordinator.

This is not a traditional reception role. You’ll work closely with patients throughout their treatment journey, helping them understand their treatment options, overcome concerns and confidently move forward with life-changing dental care.

In this unique role, you’ll provide Treatment Coordinator support across our Gold Coast and Brisbane practices, ensuring a seamless patient experience wherever you’re needed. Your flexibility and ability to quickly build relationships with patients and clinic teams will play an important role in maintaining continuity of care and supporting our growing network of practices.

You’ll primarily provide planned coverage for annual leave and additional support during periods of increased demand, while also assisting with unexpected team absences when required.

You’ll be responsible for

- Building strong relationships with patients throughout their treatment journey.
- Conducting patient consultations and understanding each patient’s goals and concerns.
- Presenting clinician-recommended treatment options with confidence and empathy.
- Guiding patients through finance and payment options.
- Following up consultations and enquiries to help patients move forward with treatment.
- Managing your patient pipeline and maintaining accurate records.
- Working collaboratively with our clinicians and practice teams across multiple locations.
- Delivering an exceptional end-to-end patient experience.

About You





We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people make important decisions and has experience in consultative business-to-consumer (B2C) sales.

Dental experience is not essential-we’ll teach you the clinical side. What we’re really looking for is someone who can build trust, communicate effectively and confidently guide customers through a considered purchasing decision.

Experience in any of the following will be highly regarded:

- Healthcare or medical sales
- Dental or Treatment Coordination
- Cosmetic clinics
- Hair restoration or aesthetic clinics
- Hearing or audiology services
- Optometry
- Gym membership sales
- Telecommunications (Vodafone, Optus, Telstra or similar)
- Premium retail or other consultative sales environments

You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Enjoy building genuine relationships with customers.
- Have experience working towards sales targets or KPIs.
- Are confident discussing finance and premium service offerings.
- Communicate with empathy, professionalism and confidence.
- Are organised, proactive and adaptable.
- Enjoy working across multiple locations and becoming part of different clinic teams.
- Are comfortable travelling throughout South-East Queensland to support operational needs.

Essential Requirements

- Current unrestricted Australian Driver Licence.
- Reliable motor vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly between NOVA’s Gold Coast and Brisbane practices.
- Flexibility to work from different practice locations, including at short notice when operationally required.
