Grosvenor Mine has an exciting chance for an experienced Ventilation Officer to join our Technical Services team on a permanent basis.

As Grosvenor progresses towards a planned return to longwall production, this role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to one of Australia's most significant underground coal mine restarts. Working alongside experienced technical and operational teams, you will play a key role in establishing and maintaining effective ventilation and gas management systems that support a safe, compliant and productive operation.

Reporting to the Technical Services / Ventilation & Gas Superintendent, you will provide specialist technical leadership and advice on all ventilation and gas management matters while supporting the successful execution of the mine plan and future operational readiness.

Reporting to the Technical Services / Ventilation & Gas Superintendent, this key role will see you:

- Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with site standards, the Coal Mining Safety and Health Act and Regulations, and the Safety and Health Management System.
- Assist in the management, planning, implementation and optimisation of the underground mine ventilation and gas drainage systems to ensure safe, compliant and efficient operations.
