As a Senior Manager within Finance Partnering and Insights, you will play a key leadership role, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders while driving financial performance, strategy and decision making. Your recent role Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will lead a high performing team and partner closely with executive stakeholders to deliver high quality financial insights and commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities include
Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting across a large and complex portfolio
Provide strategic financial advice that links performance outcomes to business strategy
Deliver insightful analysis to identify risks, opportunities and efficiency improvements
Drive engagement with divisional leaders to enhance financial performance and sustainability
Support business case development and investment decision making
Ensure robust financial governance,

Lead, coach and develop a team to deliver high quality financial outputs What you’ll need to succeed - Extensive experience in financial management within a large and complex environment
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability at executive level
Proven ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights
Experience leading and developing finance teams
Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
