Host Role
As a Host you welcome guests with your smile, natural energy and helpful nature, ensuring each customer enjoys a protected and awesome time from arrival to departure. Whether hosting a kids’ party, school group, dodgeball game or first‑time jumper, you interact comfortably with guests of all ages and help create memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and protected.
Promote and explain BOUNCE activities,
rules, and safety procedures.
Assist with party and group bookings, guiding groups through the venue.
Respond promptly to any incidents, acting as first‑responder when required.
Maintain a fun and energetic atmosphere that reflects the BOUNCE brand.
Qualifications
Working with Children check.
Availability to work weekends.
At least 15 years old.
Training & Development
BOUNCE provides a thorough training program covering the following areas:
Venue operations
Barista training
Basic trampoline skills
Party and groups hosting
L2/Senior First Aid
Prospects exist to advance into team leadership and coaching roles.
