Our cutting-edge service model focuses on delivering the best clinical outcomes for participants. As a Physiotherapist with Empower, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of Musculoskeletal, Neurological, and Cardiorespiratory participants.

You will be responsible for delivering Empower Healthcare's comprehensive services in Home Care.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver tailored physiotherapy treatment plans for participants in their own home through home care packages/NDIS.
Work holistically with other allied health professionals to provide a multidisciplinary care plan.
Educate participants and their families to optimise their ability to live healthy lives within the community.
Liaise with service providers to ensure effective communication.
Work autonomously to prioritise and complete tasks, maintain records and provide patient reports.

Requirements
Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent).




Registration with AHPRA.
Police Check Clearance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong time‑management skills and attention to detail.
