Design & Build Recruitment seeks an Estimator for a Tier 3 principal contractor in Inner Sydney. You will create tenders, negotiate with subcontractors, and perform risk analysis to forecast project costs, programs, and budgets across NSW commercial construction.
Applicants should hold an Engineering or Quantity Surveying degree and have experience estimating $1m–$15m projects. NSW market knowledge and refurbishment experience are highly valued.
