Unlike day-to-day operational finance roles, the Finance Business Partner – Hotels Network & Performanceposition is designed to zoom out and analyse macro trends across our entire hotel fleet. You will act as the single source of truth for portfolio performance, unlocking strategic insights, and helping shape the future profile of our hotels.

Step out of the daily trade weeds to establish, monitor, and deliver overarching performance metrics across the fleet.
