We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join our Neverfail Finance team.
Reporting to the Head of Neverfail Finance, you'll partner closely with Supply Chain leaders to provide trusted financial advice, commercial insights and decision support that drives business performance. This role will play a key part in helping Neverfail deliver against its strategic priorities through robust financial planning, analysis and reporting.
You'll work across budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting, capital planning and long-range planning, while supporting business leaders to identify opportunities, manage risk and improve operational performance.
This is a full time permanent role based in North Sydney, NSW or Heatherton, VIC.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Supply Chain leaders to provide trusted financial advice, commercial insights and decision support.
Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning activities.
Analyse business performance and provide recommendations that optimise profitability and operational outcomes.
Support capital investment planning through robust financial analysis and business case development.
Identify risks and opportunities and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
Partner with the business on strategic initiatives and transformation projects.
Drive continuous improvement across financial processes, reporting and performance management.
Influence business decisions through clear communication of financial insights and recommendations.
Build strong relationships across Finance, Supply Chain and the wider Neverfail leadership team.
Contribute to a high-performing, team-oriented and commercially focused team culture.
