About the Role

As the Food & Beverage Manager at Yarra Valley Lodge, you will focus on enhancing the Bella restaurant and lodge bar experience, driving service excellence across our two outlets as the restaurant transitions to seven‑day operations. This role is key in elevating guest engagement through creative activations, seasonal promotions, and memorable dining moments that reflect the unique character of the Yarra Valley.
