Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple construction and property projects concurrently.
Coordinate contractors, consultants and service providers.
Review and interpret residential building plans and specifications.
Ensure compliance with Australian Building Standards and the NCC.
Manage project risks, timelines and customer outcomes.
Liaise with customers, families and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions.
About You
Experience in construction, building or project management.
Solid understanding of residential building plans and specifications.
Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and database systems.
Essential Requirements
Relevant qualifications and/or recent experience in construction or project management.
Strong knowledge of Australian Building Standards and the National Construction Code.
Experience managing external contractors and service providers.
Desirable
NSW Builder's Licence.
