Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will oversee admin functions, coach the team, ensure safety and compliance, and manage multi-channel fulfillment including online and click & collect.
You will lead in-store merchandising and customer experience, build solid relationships with stakeholders, and pursue ongoing development prospects to raise service standards.
