Business Process Improvement Specialist – Surgical Operations
The Business Process Improvement Specialist at Medtronic will drive operational excellence across the Surgical Business by partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Business Operations teams to identify opportunities, redesign processes, and implement innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve outcomes for our customers and patients.
Responsibilities
Analyze, design, and implement improvements to business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase overall operational performance of the Surgical business.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other Business Operations resources to identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and lead projects to successful completion.
Utilize process mapping, data analysis, and project management methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Act as executor of standardized and streamlined ways of working in Business Operations, supporting the Field Sales team to achieve or exceed their business goals.
Liaise and communicate critical information to drive process transformation and deliver efficiency and cost‐savings, understanding business ecosystem aspects including Revenue, Inventory, Consignment, Backorder, Kitting Process, and Contract Management.
Qualifications
High school diploma.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a sales support or enablement role.
Valid driver's license; own transportation and willingness to travel as required.
Demonstrated initiative and ability to work with ambiguity.
Strong communication skills, articulating information accurately and persuasively across stakeholder groups.
