supporting our swim squads as an Assistant Coach, or leading fitness and aqua classes, you'll be part of a team that creates a protected, fun environment for our members and the local community.What we're looking for:Relevant qualifications for your role (e.g. Pool Lifeguard, AUSTSWIM, swim coaching accreditation, or a willingness to obtain one)Current First Aid and CPR certificatesStrong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitudeAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and school holidaysA team player who takes safety seriouslyWhat's on offer:Casual hours across multiple Ipswich and Somerset locationsSupportive team environmentOpportunity to gain valuable experience in the fitness and aquatics industryFree gym membership
