About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse at Concord Repatriation General Hospital, you'll be at the heart of patient care, using your clinical expertise, compassion, and teamwork skills to support patients through every stage of their healthcare journey.
From delivering care to collaborating with the multidisciplinary team, you'll play a key role in creating positive experiences and meaningful outcomes for patients and their families.The Oncology, Haematology and Palliative Care Ward is a dynamic mixed-specialty unit providing care for patients across all three specialties.
As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to care for patients with complex health needs while contributing to new innovative clinical trials and advancing cancer care.
Working within this supportive and cooperative environment,



you will have the opportunity to further develop your clinical skills and expand your knowledge in areas including:Blood administration CVAD Syringe drivers and PCA'sImmunotherapies and chemotherapies Car T cell therapy Autologous stem cell transplant trainingRadioiodine mx Cytotoxic handling Sepsis trainingCRS, TLS and ICANs training Leadership skillsFor more information, please view the Position DescriptionIdeal Candidate Embraces innovation, values continuous learning, and is committed to ongoing professional development and growth within their nursing career.
Has a nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)Has previous experience in Medical Oncology, Haematology and-or stem cell transplant nursing Has experience in high-acuity settings, including oncology, critical care or other specialty units Demonstrates clinical excellence, emotional resilience, and thrives in a dynamic, collaborative team settingAll candidates must have full working rights within AustraliaWhat you will enjoy: Monthly Accrued Day Off on top of your Annual leave etcAdditional Public Holiday during Xmas for celebrations!
