Industrial Maintenance Electrician - Metropolitan Concrete Maintenance TeamWe're looking for a qualified and safety-focused Industrial Maintenance Electrician to join our Metropolitan Concrete Maintenance Team at Heidelberg Materials.
This full time, permanent role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work across multiple sites in the Sydney Metro area.
A company tool of trade work ute, phone, uniforms and PPE are provided.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you'll be responsible for:Preventative, corrective and breakdown maintenance on batching plants, conveyors, motors, PLCs and control systemsFault finding and reducing unplanned downtimeSupporting plant upgrades and continuous improvement projectsEnsuring compliance with WHS legislation, Australian electrical standards and internal safety protocolsCollaborating with production teams to minimise disruptionMaintaining accurate service records and supporting contractors on siteWhat You'll Need:NSW Electrical Trade QualificationCurrent Australian Driver's Licence & White CardHigh Risk Work Licence (e.g. EWP)Industrial maintenance experience (concrete, mining, manufacturing or heavy industry preferred)Strong fault-finding skills across LV motors, control wiring, sensors and automationPLC and batching control system knowledge (advantageous)Ability to interpret schematics and work independently or in a teamOther tickets (highly regarded): First Aid, CPR, LV Rescue, Forklift, CNWhat we offer:Base hourly rate of $55-$60 and plentiful paid overtime.A fully maintained company vehicle including fleet cardA company mobile, tools of trade, uniforms, and PPEBe part of highly recognised global brand name and growing organisationOngoing career and development opportunitiesAbout Heidelberg MaterialsWith more than 4,000 employees across 300 sites,
