Today, our wines are enjoyed across Australia and in multiple countries worldwide—and we're always looking for passionate people to be part of our story.About the RoleLead and inspire a team of Area Managers to achieve and exceed sales and volume targetsDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our customer base and maximise growthProvide hands‐on training, coaching, and mentorship to your team, ensuring high levels of customer service and business efficiencyRegularly review team performance, offer feedback, and facilitate ongoing development opportunitiesPlan and execute field trips and customer visits to build strong relationships and drive salesOversee the management of budgets, stock levels, and inventory to support your team's objectivesCollaborate with State Business Manager and internal teams to deliver top‐tier service and ensure De Bortoli's success in the marketKey ResponsibilitiesDrive and deliver on sales volume, inventory management, and account distribution targetsPlan and manage sales team performance, ensuring regular customer engagement and service levelsMaintain and report on key sales metrics,
