Your expertise and advice could influence outcomes for the future of NSW.In this role, you'll:Play a key leadership role in a first-of-its-kind project to strengthen security and emergency preparedness at NSW's busiest transport interchanges.Manage a team developing operational plans that enable Transport to prepare for and respond to security incidents at high-profile, high-density locations.Lead engagement with diverse stakeholders to produce and implement policies that protect passengers,



frontline staff and critical infrastructure from security threats.About youExperienced policy professional with relevant tertiary qualifications.Capable of simultaneously delivering multiple work programs in a context of limited resources and tight deadlines.Adaptable, highly driven and able to work collaboratively in a complex stakeholder environment, with the willingness to work outside regular hours and travel on occasion.This is a temporary opportunity from 1 September **** to 31 August ****, based in Sydney (Elizabeth Street) with flexible hybrid working arrangements available.Who we areTransport for NSW provides a safe, integrated, and productive transport system.
