As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive contract sales growth across New South Wales and Victoria.Reporting to the National Contracts Manager and working closely with our State Sales Teams, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, strengthening major customer relationships, and delivering sustainable sales and profit growth within our contract customer segment.About the RoleThis is a hands-on business development role suited to a proactive sales professional who thrives on identifying opportunities, building strategic relationships, and winning recent business.Key responsibilities include:Driving sales and profit growth across the contract customer segment in NSW and VictoriaIdentifying, targeting and securing new business opportunities and marketsDeveloping and implementing customer growth strategies and account plansBuilding strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makersCollaborating with internal sales teams to maximise customer outcomesReviewing and managing contract agreements to ensure alignment with pricing structures and supplier cost movementsMonitoring market trends,
