We support nurses with clinical education, medical oversight, technology, compliance, business development and ongoing professional support to help them build safe, successful and sustainable careers in aesthetics.As our network continues to grow, we are seeking a commercially driven Cosmetic Nurse Growth & Onboarding Manager to lead our onboarding team and to grow the Juv'ae national nurse network.About the RoleThis is a sales and leadership role combining nurse acquisition, sales conversion, relationship management and onboarding.You will manage the full journey from initial enquiry through to successful onboarding, supporting both nurses entering the aesthetics industry through our Clinical Foundations pathway and experienced cosmetic nurses looking to join the Juv'ae network.You will:Lead, support and manage the Nurse Onboarding teamManage inbound enquiries from nurses interested in joining Juv'aeBuild strong relationships and guide nurses through their decision-making journeyConvert qualified enquiries into fully onboarded and active Juv'ae nursesClearly communicate the Juv'ae value proposition, services and pathwaysIdentify the most appropriate pathway for Clinical Foundations and experienced nursesMaintain consistent follow-up and ensure a professional candidate experienceMonitor conversion rates, pipeline activity and team performanceWork closely with our Education, Clinical, Operations and Marketing teamsContribute to recruitment campaigns,



information sessions and industry eventsPlay a key role in expanding the Juv'ae national footprintAbout YouYou are confident in sales and relationship building with strong commercial instincts and the ability to lead both people and performance.You will ideally have:At least three years' experience in sales, recruitment, business development, onboarding or client relationship managementExperience leading or supporting a high-performing teamA demonstrated ability to meet or exceed conversion and growth targetsConfidence managing consultative sales conversations and guiding decisionsStrong follow-up, pipeline management and organisational skillsA qualified, energetic and accountable approachThe ability to build trust with nurses at different stages of their careersExperience using a CRM or managing a structured sales pipelineExperience in healthcare, recruitment, cosmetic aesthetics, education or working directly with nurses will be highly regarded but is not essential.What We OfferA competitive salary of $125,000–$145,000 + superAn attractive performance bonus structureStructured onboarding, training and ongoing supportThe opportunity to lead and develop an established onboarding teamA high-growth business with a strong national industry reputationGenuine opportunities for career progressionA supportive, ambitious and high-performing teamThe opportunity to make a meaningful impact on nurses' careers and businessesWhy Join Juv'ae?
