With a thriving property management business, an established brand and exciting growth opportunities ahead, we're searching for a leader who can take our sales division to the next level.About the RoleReporting directly to the Director, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring and developing our sales team while driving business growth throughout the Hunter Region.This is a genuine leadership position where you'll have the opportunity to influence the direction of the department and help shape its future.Your responsibilities will include:Leading, coaching and mentoring the residential sales teamConducting regular one-on-one coaching sessions and performance reviewsDriving prospecting, listing and sales activityRecruiting, onboarding and developing future sales talentCreating accountability through KPIs and structured reportingAssisting agents with negotiations,
