Remedial Technican - Concrete repair/ Waterproofing/CarpentryWS REMEDIAL GROUP (NSW) PTY LTD – North Rocks NSWRemedial Technician – Concrete Repairs, Waterproofing and CarpentryWS Remedial Group is growing its NSW branch and is looking for experienced Remedial Technicians to join our team based in North Rocks.We work across commercial, strata and remedial building projects throughout Sydney and NSW.This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in completing work safely, correctly and to a high standard.The RoleYou will work as part of the NSW field team across a range of remedial projects reporting to the Supervisor.We are seeking a motivated and capable Remedial technician to join our NSW operations team.Your work may include:Concrete repairs and patchingCrack and joint injectionWaterproofing membranes and coatingsJoint sealing and expansion joint worksCarpentry and building repair worksSurface preparation and demolitionLeak investigation and repair supportGeneral remedial and maintenance worksSetting up work areas, access and safety controlsMaintaining tools, equipment and work vehiclesProviding clear progress updates to the Supervisor.Raising safety, access, scope,



quality and material issues earlyAbout YouYou will have practical building or remedial experience and be confident working onsite as part of a small team.Experience in one or more of the following areas is essential:Concrete repairWaterproofingSealants and joint repairsBuilding maintenanceRemedial constructionYou will also need:A current White CardA solid focus on safetyThe ability to follow job plans, SWMS and site instructionsThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamReliable attendance and a professional attitudeThe following tickets or experience will be viewed favorably:Working at HeightsEWP or Boom LiftConfined SpaceFirst AidExperience working on commercial or strata sitesWhat's on OfferSalary: $110,000–$120,000 + superannuation (dependent on experience).
