DFP Recruitment partners with a well-established organisation in the technology and services sector to recruit a Customer Service Representative for their Call Management Centre in Frenchs Forest, NSW.
This permanent, full time role is office-based with a Monday–Friday 10:00am–6:00pm roster (Friday 6:30pm finish).
You will manage customer and field staff enquiries, coordinate service requests, log and track jobs, and ensure timely updates and high standards of service.
