The Royal Agricultural Society of NSW (RAS) is seeking a driven and analytical Business Insights and Reporting Specialist to support data-informed decision-making across the organisation.This role is responsible for leveraging customer, marketing and operational data to generate meaningful insights that drive business performance and continuous improvement.
Working across multiple departments, you will develop and maintain data models, dashboards and reporting solutions that support strategic planning, campaign evaluation and organisational growth.You will work with data from a variety of platforms and systems, integrating, transforming and analysing information to create accurate and insightful reports.
The role will also focus on optimising reporting processes,



improving data quality and supporting the organisation's ongoing digital transformation initiatives.Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will translate reporting requirements and business questions into actionable insights that support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.Beyond reporting, you will play a key role in enhancing data governance, automation and business intelligence capabilities, contributing to a culture of data-driven decision-making across the RAS.About you...You are a curious and highly analytical professional who enjoys working with complex datasets and uncovering insights that create tangible business value.

You are comfortable translating technical information into meaningful recommendations that influence decision-making.To be successful, you will demonstrate:Experience in a data analytics, business insights or reporting roleStrong understanding of digital marketing, customer analytics and performance reportingExperience working with large and complex datasetsAdvanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel and SQLExperience developing dashboards, reports and data visualisations for business usersStrong analytical,
