We are looking for a Preschool Room Leader / Educational Leader of our 28 placement service. We are committed to high quality care employing the Early Learning Years Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) for children 6 weeks to 6 years. We strongly believe that providing quality care through evidence-based learning programs in a nurturing environment supports children to reach their full potential.

Part-Time or Full-Time Available

We are looking for a candidate that has:

- strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- ensures compliance with regulations and maintaining a healthy and secure environment
- a caring and nurturing nature
- an understanding of early childhood theories
- commitment to best practice and providing optimum education and care to children
- passionate and enthusiastic about working with children and their families
- willing to work flexible hours between 7am and 6pm

Skills and Experience:

- Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) or working towards ECT or equivalent or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or working towards a Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- experience in development of classroom and individual programs,



implementation and reviews
- experience in accreditation and development of Quality Improvement Plans to support continuous improvement
- high level of professionalism with colleagues and families as well as a team player
- experience mentoring and developing staff
- willingness to learn and develop
- self-managed and uses initiative
- excellent written and verbal skills
- current Working with Children’s Check
