We're looking for a thoughtful, compassionate Psychologist or Accredited Mental Health Social Worker who wants to build a long-term career delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy. The Prospect

You’ll provide evidence-based therapy to adults, couples and families both in person and via telehealth. Your work will include assessment, case formulation, treatment planning, therapeutic intervention, documentation and communication with referrers and stakeholders.

You’ll have the opportunity to provide medium- to longer-term therapy that supports stabilisation, recovery and meaningful change, while tailoring treatment to each client's goals, readiness and strengths. You’ll contribute to a practice recognised for clinical excellence, respectful therapeutic relationships and positive client outcomes.

The Clinician We're Looking For

You are curious, reflective and committed to continuous learning. You combine sound clinical reasoning with warmth, professionalism and excellent therapeutic engagement. You enjoy collaborating with colleagues, value feedback and take pride in delivering high-quality clinical care and documentation.

- Registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA or accreditation as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with the AASW.
- Eligible for a Medicare Provider Number.
- Experience delivering Focussed Psychological Strategies and other evidence-based therapies.
- Experience with trauma and complex mental health presentations, or a strong commitment to developing this expertise.
- Excellent assessment, formulation, communication and organisational skills.
- Confidence liaising with GPs, WorkCover, Open Arms, DVA, NDIS and other stakeholders.
- Ability to provide face-to-face and telehealth services.
- Commitment to ethical practice, accountability and ongoing professional development
- Training or experience in EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Schema Therapy, ACT, CBT, DBR, Resource Therapy, Internal Family Systems or other trauma-focused approaches will be highly regarded but is not essential.
