We are a well-established and very busy New Lambton-based law firm with a strong reputation for delivering practical, client-focused family law solutions. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Family Lawyer to join our team.
About the Role:
As a Senior Family Lawyer, you will play a key role in handling a broad range of family law matters, including parenting disputes, financial/property matters and applications for divorce. You will also contribute to the growth and development of the firm, peer solicitors, and junior team members.
We are seeking a full-time employee; applicants seeking part time employment will also be considered on a case by case basis.

What We're Looking For:
- At least 5 years' post-admission experience in family law;
- Strong technical skills and a solution-focused approach;
- Confidence in managing complex cases from start to finish;
- A collaborative mindset - our team thrives on open discussions and shared strategy planning;
- Ability to competently draft and settle legal documents and correspondence;
- Ability and enthusiasm to mentor peer and junior solicitors and to assist with staff training;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; and
- A genuine passion for family law and client advocacy.
