Gough Recruitment is seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage a portfolio of roughly 150–180 properties in Brisbane’s western suburbs. You will be supported by dedicated Leasing, Inspections, and Admin teams to deliver excellent service to landlords and tenants.
Responsibilities include arrears management, lease renewals, rent reviews, and timely tenant communication. A Real Estate Certificate or Registration and at least 2 years PM experience are required.
