Attic Group is looking for a strong, experienced, growth-focused building manager.

Reporting to the Sydney Manager, your focus will centre on assisting to increase sales capability of the business, whilst simultaneously building operational capacity to support sustainable growth.

Key requirements and experience you must have to be successful include:

- A current builder's licence or the ability to obtain one within twelve months.
- Demonstrated experience to manage projects and be responsible for multiple teams.
- Proven experience achieving personal and team sales targets.
- Experience in the residential building/home improvement sector a definite advantage.

An attractive salary package, including a fully maintained company vehicle, will be negotiated.
