A newly established role within an already well-maintained centre in Western Sydney.
This is role ideal for a hands-on,relationship-driven property skilled who enjoys building strong tenant partnerships, delivering outstanding operational outcomes, and taking ownership of a community-focused retail asset.

The role:

Reporting into a supportive leadership team, you will be responsible for the operational, financial and commercial performance of the centre.
You'll have a team on site and in head office for support.

- Manage the overall operation of the shopping centre, ensuring a safe, compliant and well-presented environment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors and key stakeholders




- Oversee budgets, financial reporting, contractor performance and service agreements
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, risk management and centre policies
- Drive high standards of customer service and identify opportunities to improve centre performance
- Lead and coordinate the onsite team to achieve operational excellence

About You:

- Experience in a Centre Management role is a must
- Strong understanding of retail property management, compliance and risk management
- Proven ability to lead teams while managing multiple priorities autonomously
- Commercially minded, with experience managing budgets, reporting and contractor relationships
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service
